A few months ago, DonCARES of Philadelphia, Inc. was shouted out on social media by no other than Eunique Jones Gibson, Founder of "Because of Them We Can" and a former Second National Vice-President of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc.  After DonCARES of Philadelphia, Inc.'s marketing team gained some traction on twitter, Jones who is all about community development, youth, and uplift tweeted a heartfelt message to the organization.

Jones is an  American content producer, photographer, author and activist based in the DMV area, tweeted to DonCARES:"Best Profile I Read All Week: We are a coalition of college students of Color Who Provide Free Tutoring and Mentoring Services to High School Students in North Philadelphia. Thank you @doncaresphila let's connect."

DonCARES of Philadelphia, Inc. Executive Director Donovan Forrest who was managing the organization's twitter account was elated. In a short post with a screenshot of the Jone's message on instagram, Forrest wrote: "Positive messages like this one from the Founder of @becauseofthem means a lot. Thank you!"
